About the role#
As an Associate Product Manager at Loblaw Digital, you will work with design and engineering teams to launch features across our digital platforms. You will contribute to products like Online Grocery, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Joe Fresh. This is a full-time, paid co-op position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with Product Designers and Engineering to shape upcoming sprints and the product roadmap.
- Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, grooming items, writing user stories, and keeping the development team unblocked.
- Support product discovery to validate new ideas and frame feature requirements.
- Use analytics to inform key product decisions.
- Collect user feedback and translate those insights into new product ideas.
What you'll need#
- Some experience in product management or software development.
- Experience working with Engineering, Data Science, and other business functions.
- Understanding of lean startup principles and agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration or Computer Science.

- Location: Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 6, 2027, to April 16, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (up to 1 day remote per week, with 4 days in the office).
- Compensation: $35,100 to $65,700 per year, based on experience and academic level.
