About the role#
This Clerk I position at the Mossbank Home & Agro Centre is a student or casual role. You will support daily operations by providing customer service, managing fuel dispensing, and maintaining the store environment. This is an on-site, paid position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Assist customers by providing product information and friendly service.
- Operate the point of sale terminal to process transactions.
- Dispense gasoline, diesel fuel, and propane.
- Maintain the store by performing interior and exterior housekeeping duties.
- Help display products according to manager guidelines.
- Clean and refill machines like coffee dispensers.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and assist with daily environmental checks.
- Operate equipment safely and follow loss prevention procedures.
What you'll need#
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting.
- Willingness to work outdoors.
- A pleasant and outgoing personality with a desire to work with the public.
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing per the Alcohol and Substance Policy.
