About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship within the SAP iXp program. You will join the Technical Support team to help resolve complex system issues for enterprise clients. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with global customers and gain experience with software used by multinational companies.
What you'll do#
- Investigate and resolve critical system issues for enterprise-level companies.
- Analyze complex, real-world problems within production environments.
- Deliver solutions that help customer businesses run more effectively.
- Work directly with customers through phone, chat, screensharing, and case management tools.
- Master SAP software used by industries and governments around the globe.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Excellent diagnostic and technical analysis skills.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer service or technical support.
- Practical experience with databases such as SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server.
