SAP iXp Intern - Services Sales

About the role#

The SAP iXp Internship for Services Sales is a 12-month, full-time program designed to provide students with hands-on experience in the software industry. Interns support the South Services Sales team by generating new business and managing existing accounts. This role offers exposure to the SAP Services portfolio and go-to-market strategies, focusing on helping clients accelerate their digital transformation.

What you'll do#

• Research and create lead lists, qualify prospects, and update CRM systems.
• Conduct competitor analysis, track industry trends, and explore new sales opportunities.
• Gain product knowledge, assist with client demos, and answer technical questions.
• Track and report on sales data, prepare dashboards, and identify areas for process improvement.
• Support sales campaigns by monitoring progress, drafting outreach content, and tracking performance metrics.
• Assist with meeting organization, follow-ups, and the creation of sales presentations and case studies.
• Analyze workflows and propose improvements to existing sales processes.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, Communications, or Computer Science.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage team members effectively.
• Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to support sales efforts.
• A strong understanding of AI tools.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically to solve challenges.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
