SAP iXp - SAP Business Suite CSM & CRE Strategy & Operations iXp Intern

About the role#

As a Business Suite CSM & CRE Strategy & Operations Intern, you will work with global Solution Area and Post Sales leaders to define operating cadences and execution priorities. This role focuses on the creation, deployment, and execution of adoption and consumption processes across all Customer Success areas, including License, Services, and Renewals. You will act as a key contributor to the operations team, helping to transform internal processes into a service-driven business.

What you'll do#

• Assist the Strategy & Operations team in operational reviews to assess quarterly performance across regions and solutions.
• Leverage SAP software to provide intelligence and deeper insights into sales data.
• Develop regional Adoption and Consumption performance insights for key stakeholders.
• Facilitate the standardization of reporting across all six global regions.
• Collaborate with enterprise analytics teams to automate and scale reporting across business areas.
• Summarize Adoption, Consumption, and Renewals forecasts for executive audiences.

What you'll need#

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• Strong business acumen related to Go-to-Market and sales strategy.
• Ability to effectively create and communicate business proposals.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A solid perspective on operational processes, tools, and services.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment.
