About the role#
The Technical Project Coordinator Intern works with senior leaders to assist in the planning and coordination of complex, multi-site enterprise software development projects. You will analyze project data, generate reports, and track follow-up action items. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in a professional environment while contributing to the development of cloud analytics platforms.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, tracking key issues and action items.
- Support daily project management activities and contribute to project quality management.
- Perform data analysis to provide reports and insights for discovery.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting services for the senior management team.
- Integrate multiple systems by writing scripts and utilizing internal tools.
- Provide account administration and technical tooling support for the development team.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration (Business minor preferred).
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle.
- Experience working with databases (SQL) and BI tools.
- Ability to manipulate data via scripts.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Location & details#
- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027 (January 4, 2027, to August 31, 2027).
- Work Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
