About the role#
As an SAP iXp Intern, you will join the team to support the exploration, prototyping, and implementation of AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on improving customer outcomes and internal productivity within SAP Customer Success. You will work alongside engineers and product stakeholders to build features, run experiments, and document findings in a professional, enterprise environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and validating AI use cases to improve operational effectiveness.
- Participate in the full lifecycle of AI projects, from initial ideation and prototyping to pilot deployment.
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into existing tools and services.
- Research emerging AI trends and summarize their applicability to SAP scenarios.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, experiment reports, and implementation guides.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript is a plus.
- A basic understanding of data analysis, SQL, and the use of notebooks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward practical application.
- Business curiosity to connect technical AI work to customer and process outcomes.
