About the role#
This co-op position offers the opportunity to work with the Device Strategy & Innovation team. You will participate in supervised investigations and gain experience across the device development process. This role focuses on identifying and evaluating new technologies to support drug delivery needs for current and future project pipelines.
What you'll do#
- Research emerging trends, tools, and solutions related to patient care and clinical programs.
- Analyze patient and clinical requirements to find unmet needs and potential areas for improvement.
- Evaluate innovation opportunities that align with company goals and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and contribute to ongoing innovation projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site for the full duration of the term.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the co-op.
- Preferred experience includes capstone projects or research related to medical devices, drug delivery, or biomedical applications.

- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $29.00 - $57.00 per hour.
