About the role#
The Business Planning & Strategy Summer Intern will support strategic planning, portfolio management, and executive communications. Over this 10-week program, you will work with the Business Planning & Strategy team to maintain portfolio data, improve reporting, and contribute to communications that inform business decisions. This role is designed for students interested in strategy, operations, and project management.
What you'll do#
- Support the annual Strategic Initiative Planning (SIP) process by coordinating activities and organizing information from business owners.
- Manage portfolio information within the Target Process platform and SAFe Agile framework.
- Configure and improve reporting capabilities in Target Process to assist with leadership meetings and data-driven decisions.
- Partner with the Strategic Communications team to provide project updates and planning information for presentations.
- Present your project outcomes and recommendations to team members at the end of the internship.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and will be entering your junior or senior year.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
