About the role#
We are looking for a Recruiting Data Intelligence Intern to join our Futureforce AMER Talent Attraction team. This role provides hands-on experience in early talent recruiting, candidate engagement, and sourcing initiatives. You will work alongside recruiters, university relations teams, and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and plan virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and campus engagement activities, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Draft candidate outreach, follow-up communications, and candidate-facing content.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data hygiene across recruiting systems.
- Track recruiting metrics such as application volumes, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Audit existing recruiting workflows with university relations and hiring teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Conduct Total Addressable Market (TAM) research to assist with workforce planning.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program focusing on Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Graduation window of Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Status as a current or prior Salesforce intern.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in records management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack.
- Interest in talent acquisition, early talent programs, employer branding, or HR.
- Experience using AI tools or automation platforms.
- Exposure to recruiting technologies such as Salesforce, Workday, GoodTime, LinkedIn, or Handshake.
Location & details#
- Location: San Francisco, California (On-site).
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship with a base salary range of $28 to $32 per hour.
- Note: This position is ineligible for visa sponsorship.
