About the role#
The Talent COE Intern supports the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition team at Clearwater Analytics. You will gain hands-on experience with recruiting systems, analytics, and operations. This role is for a student who wants to understand how a modern hiring engine is built, measured, and improved.
What you'll do#
- Manage day-to-day administration of the applicant tracking system, including requisition setup and data hygiene.
- Coordinate interview scheduling logistics between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Build and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports to track metrics like time-to-fill and pipeline conversion.
- Document and refine recruiting processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support vendor and tool administration, including job board postings.
- Audit system data to ensure accuracy and compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Partner with recruiters and leadership on projects, including sourcing support and employer branding initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, or a related field.
- An expected graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
