About the role#
As a Human Resources Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain hands-on exposure to the people strategies that power a global technology organization. You will work alongside industry professionals to support projects across Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Technology, and Total Rewards. This role helps deliver solutions that attract, develop, and retain the talent driving the future of commerce.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a meaningful project starting in your first week.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences to build your business acumen.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals throughout the summer.
- Engage in speaker sessions with the global executive leadership team.
- Present your project at the Internship Expo to showcase your impact and engage with organizational leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in HR functions like talent acquisition, talent management, or employee experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and partner with stakeholders.
- Learning agility, including the ability to apply feedback and manage multiple priorities.
Location & details#
- Location: This position is based on-site five days a week at the Atlanta, Georgia global headquarters.
- Term: Summer 2027 (late May to early August).
- Employment: This is a full-time, paid internship. We do not provide sponsorship for this role.
