Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will support projects that improve business processes, optimize operations, and advance key strategic initiatives across the enterprise.What You'll Do Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team, and gain insight into career paths within Supply Chain & Operations. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.Support strategic initiatives by contributing to transformation projects that improve business operations and organizational effectivenessConduct research and analysis to gather data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisionsDrive process improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies and optimize workflowsManage project execution through project planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, and coordination of key initiativesDevelop executive communications including presentations, business updates, recommendations, and decision-support materialsRequirementsDemonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, analytics, or process improvementCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related field; expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholdersStrong organizational, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning business technologies, including Power BI, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Figma, or other data analysis and project management toolsLocationInternships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.DurationThe NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late May to early August.EEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
