About the role#
As an Information Technology Intern, you will work with experienced engineers to design, develop, test, and improve IT solutions. These systems support retail, restaurant, payments, and digital commerce. You will take ownership of a meaningful project and present your results at our Internship Expo. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship, join networking events, and attend speaker sessions with our global executive leadership team.
What you'll do#
- Gain hands-on experience with various programming languages, industry-standard tools, and technology platforms.
- Support initiatives in data modeling, network security, machine learning, ethical AI, and system administration.
- Assist with scripting, automation, and software development tasks.
- Help with software testing, debugging, and quality assurance for internal applications.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline like Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
- You have a strong interest in building clear, testable software and technology solutions.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new coding languages, tools, and environments.
- You possess strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail.
- You communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship based at our headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The program runs during the summer of 2027, from late May to early August.
