Your work will help shape decisions that improve how restaurant operators manage their business, serve their guests, and drive profitable growth.What You'll DoStarting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team, and gain insight into career paths within Strategy & Operations. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.RequirementsDemonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, customer experience, or related business functionsCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Operations, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendationsEffective collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate across diverse audiencesDemonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly, apply feedback, and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentInterest in technology, innovation, and improving customer experiences; familiarity with restaurant operations and experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms preferredLocationInternships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.DurationThe NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late May to early August.EEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
