About the role#
As a Strategy & Operations Intern, you will gain exposure to the technologies and operational decisions that help restaurant operators succeed. You will support initiatives that influence business strategy, internal operations, and customer success. Your work will help shape decisions that improve how restaurant operators manage their business, serve guests, and drive growth.
What you'll do#
- Take ownership of a meaningful project starting in your first week.
- Participate in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences.
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals.
- Engage in speaker sessions with the global executive leadership team.
- Present your project at the Internship Expo to showcase your impact.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Operations, Hospitality, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Demonstrated interest in strategy, operations, business transformation, or customer experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations.
- Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility.
- Interest in technology, innovation, and restaurant operations.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Figma, Smartsheet, or market research platforms is preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- The role is based on-site at the global headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The program runs from late May to early August 2027.
