About the role#
The Digital Strategy Group works with leadership at top customer accounts to build strategies for digital innovation and experience transformation. As a Digital Strategy Analyst intern, you will join the Strategic Advisory team to help customers define their digital visions and create roadmaps for their business goals. You will work across teams including sales, marketing, and product experts to deliver value and solve complex challenges.
What you'll do#
- Take part in client-facing strategy engagements and join dedicated teams solving digital transformation challenges.
- Use data, research, and industry insights to help customers understand their current digital platforms.
- Partner with customers to define digital visions and align executive leadership.
- Build transformation roadmaps that drive business outcomes.
- Facilitate innovation and discovery workshops to align stakeholders and co-create opportunities.
- Translate customer goals and pain points into prioritized use cases.
- Support high-value opportunities from account planning through deal closure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Graduate degree program with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Ability to work full time from May through September 2027.
- An outstanding academic record.
- Interest in business strategy, technology, or experience design.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including data analysis and hypothesis development.
- Interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and write strong narratives.
- Skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
