About the role#
As an Experience Research Intern on the Workplace Digital Experiences team, you will investigate how technology and tools influence the work of Adobe's sales and customer-facing teams. You will lead a research project focused on identifying the tools and spaces that support strong customer relationships. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions regarding future investments and workplace experimentation.
What you'll do#
- Plan and lead a research study, managing the process from initial questions to the final presentation for leadership.
- Conduct interviews, observation sessions, and surveys with sellers, solution consultants, and customer-facing teams.
- Partner with a data analyst to compare your qualitative findings with existing usage and service data.
- Create journey maps and personas to represent user needs.
- Develop a ranked list of opportunities and concepts for testing within the workplace experimentation program.
- Use Qualtrics, Miro, AI tools, and Adobe products to plan, analyze, and share your research findings.
What you'll need#
- Current full-time enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Design, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May and September 2027.
- Experience with qualitative research methods like interviews, contextual inquiry, and synthesis.
- Experience crafting journey maps, personas, or similar research outputs.
- Familiarity with survey design and basic quantitative analysis.
- Strong writing and speaking skills to communicate research findings clearly.
- Curiosity and comfort working through open-ended problems.
- An interest in using AI tools to support research planning and analysis.
