About the role#
This internship within the Credits, Incentives, and Methods group focuses on Tangible Property Services. You will work with diverse companies to develop technical expertise and provide client service. Interns manage multiple engagements simultaneously and contribute to various stages of each project.
What you'll do#
- Prepare detailed cost analyses for building construction projects and acquired properties.
- Review expenditures related to capital maintenance, repairs, and improvements for tax accounting.
- Build and maintain fixed asset tax depreciation systems.
- Participate in technical discussions, data gathering, and client reporting.
- Travel occasionally to meet with clients and tour their facilities.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 90 credits toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
