About the role#
As an International Tax Transfer Pricing Intern, you will work with team members on tax and transfer pricing engagements for a variety of clients. You will assist in planning, executing, and completing projects from start to finish. This role requires you to work on multiple team engagements throughout the summer and interact with client personnel to gather necessary information.
What you'll do#
- Conduct detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses.
- Evaluate intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans.
- Perform industry and market research, economic valuations, and comparative financial benchmarking.
- Prepare report documentation and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance.
- Review and analyze GAAP financial statements.
- Demonstrate an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and apply methods to specific cases.
What you'll need#
- Completion of 90 credit hours toward a B.A. or B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS Excel.
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, valuations, quantitative analysis, statistical sampling, and econometrics.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple assignments.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
