About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in technology consulting. You will work with client companies to install, implement, and support advanced network and system infrastructure. This role is a full-time position for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Support and troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network issues.
- Perform systems administration for Windows Servers, workstations, and Office 365.
- Migrate client on-premise infrastructure to cloud workloads in Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Assist in client IT audits and infrastructure assessments.
- Provide phone and email technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or an IT-related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Knowledge of Apple and Windows-based hardware and software.
- Ability to travel up to 25% to client locations.
