About the role#
Interns within the Low Voltage Drives Product Management team develop engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills. You will conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, track industry and regulatory trends, and develop data-driven insights to support product decisions.
What you'll do#
- Research industry, technology, and regulatory trends to help shape future product strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities that improve customer value.
- Develop competitive intelligence and portfolio analytics to support business and product decisions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, quality, marketing, and commercial teams on projects that impact products and customers.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated experience approaching challenges with creative solutions.
- Interest in industrial automation, product management, market analysis, or technology strategy.
- Flexibility to relocate.
- Prior internship or co-op experience with Rockwell Automation is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Mequon, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Employment: Full-time, paid internship.
- Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour, based on skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
