About the role#
This internship with the Low Voltage Drives Product Management team offers a chance to build your engineering and analytical skills. You will work on market research, analyze customer feedback, and track industry trends to support product decisions. This is a paid, full-time position.
What you'll do#
- Research industry, technology, and regulatory trends to help shape future product strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and market insights to find opportunities that improve customer value.
- Develop competitive intelligence and portfolio analytics.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to turn data into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, quality, marketing, and commercial teams on projects that impact our products.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university.
- A major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Legal authorization to work in the US. We do not provide visa sponsorship.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with creative solutions.
- An interest in industrial automation, product management, or technology strategy.
- Flexibility to relocate.
- Prior internship or co-op experience with Rockwell Automation is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Mequon, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work on-site at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Compensation: $22 to $32 per hour, based on skills, education, and experience.
- Benefits: Includes health insurance, 401k, and paid holidays.
