About the role#
The Low Voltage Drives Product Management team offers an internship focused on developing engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills. You will work on market research, evaluate customer feedback, and track industry trends to support product decisions. This is a full-time, paid position that utilizes a hybrid work schedule.
What you'll do#
- Research industry, technology, and regulatory trends to help shape future product strategies.
- Analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving customer value.
- Develop competitive intelligence and portfolio analytics to support business decisions.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering, quality, marketing, and commercial teams on projects that impact products and customers.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university.
- A major in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Legal authorization to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with creative solutions.
- An interest in industrial automation, product management, market analysis, or technology strategy.
Location & details#
- Location: Mequon, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work on-site at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
- Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour.
- Benefits: Includes health insurance, 401k, and paid holidays.
