    About the role#

    The Low Voltage Drives Product Management team offers an internship focused on developing engineering, analytical, and customer-centric skills. You will work on market research, evaluate customer feedback, and track industry trends to support product decisions. This is a full-time, paid position that utilizes a hybrid work schedule.

    What you'll do#

    • Research industry, technology, and regulatory trends to help shape future product strategies.
    • Analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for improving customer value.
    • Develop competitive intelligence and portfolio analytics to support business decisions.
    • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to turn data into actionable recommendations.
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineering, quality, marketing, and commercial teams on projects that impact products and customers.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program at an accredited college or university.
    • A major in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
    • Legal authorization to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
    • Experience with Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to approach challenges with creative solutions.
    • An interest in industrial automation, product management, market analysis, or technology strategy.

    Location & details#

    • Location: Mequon, Wisconsin.
    • Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work on-site at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
    • Compensation: $22 - $32 per hour.
    • Benefits: Includes health insurance, 401k, and paid holidays.
