    About the role#

    As an EHS Co-op/Intern, you will work full-time to support the team in maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will assist with regulatory compliance, safety training, incident investigations, and data management to support our EHS systems.

    What you'll do#

    • Support workplace inspections and audits, including hazard identification, risk assessments, and tracking corrective actions.
    • Assist with incident, injury, and near-miss investigations, along with required documentation.
    • Help with environmental compliance tasks such as waste management, recycling efforts, and sustainability initiatives.
    • Assist in developing EHS training, communications, and employee awareness campaigns.
    • Support EHS management systems through data analysis, reporting, and special projects.

    What you'll need#

    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience supporting workplace inspections, audits, or compliance activities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for data entry, reporting, and presentations.
    • Exposure to ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 management systems.
    • Majors in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health are relevant to this role.

    Location & details#

    • This position is based on-site in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada.
    • This is a paid, full-time role with a rolling term.
    • We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.
