About the role#
As a Logistics Intern at Roche, you will work within a team focused on supply chain network solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in pharmaceutical distribution. You will gain an end-to-end perspective of the pharmaceutical supply network while working alongside expert mentors.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to supply chain optimization and customer logistics management to support business productivity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure life-saving treatments reach patients.
- Improve distribution processes and meet project milestones.
- Use data, enterprise tools, and technology to solve logistics challenges and meet customer needs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Analytical skills and data proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work as a proactive team player with clear communication skills.
Location & details#
- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in-office).
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 or 8-month internship).
- Schedule: Full-time (35 hours per week).
- Compensation: Paid position with a hiring range of 57,416.00 to 75,358.50 CAD.
- Note: This position does not offer relocation support.
