About the role#
This is a full-time, 13-week summer internship based in New Albany, Ohio. You will support the Operations function, which handles the manufacturing and delivery of medicine. Your work will contribute to the development of a new advanced technology assembly and packaging site. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Create a project charter to define objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead strategic analysis and business case development for cross-functional projects.
- Identify operational problems and measure current states using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Develop and present recommendations to senior leadership, including a final readout and an intern-wide poster session.
- Network with colleagues and participate in Employee Resource Groups.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
- Age 18 or older.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. for the duration of the program.
- Preferred majors include Computer, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, as well as Biology, Chemistry, or Computer Science.
