About the role#
This is a 12-month internship within the Pharma Technical Operations team in Mississauga. You will gain early career exposure to technical operations by designing processes and working across projects in areas like Global Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality. You will work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support site-wide initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to share the Pharma Technical Operations site story.
- Manage content for internal channels including Town Halls, Gsites, and newsletters to keep employees informed.
- Collaborate with functions across the Mississauga site to align messaging and create content.
- Support special projects and visits from global teams, which includes coordination, logistics, and content creation.
- Participate in site squads to contribute to communication strategy and initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time hours for the full 12-month duration.
- Strong writing and communication skills with experience using various channels and mediums.
- Learner-level project management skills, including an understanding of life cycle planning.
- Proven critical thinking and creativity skills.

- Location: Mississauga, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 start.
- Modality: Hybrid, with the majority of days required on-site.
