About the role#
Saskatoon Co-operative Association Ltd. is hiring an HR Co-op Student for a temporary, full-time position. This role is based in North Battleford, Saskatchewan, for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on-site at our Administration Office for a duration of 4 to 8 months, depending on your program requirements.
What you'll do#
- Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support for People & Culture programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Contribute to HR projects, including the transition to electronic personnel files.
What you'll need#
- You are actively pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Commerce.
- You hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You are available to work Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

- Location: North Battleford, Saskatchewan.
- This is a paid, full-time, on-site co-op position.
