About the role#
Richardson International is hiring a Summer Student for the Richardson Bennett Farm. This 600-acre crop development center focuses on practical research and demonstration projects. You will work on-site at the farm to support our team with agronomy, soil management, and crop protection initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Manage field operations including seeding, spraying, and harvesting.
- Maintain equipment and keep accurate records of farm data.
- Coordinate and conduct tours for visitors.
- Handle public relations tasks as needed.
- Assist with general farm duties.
What you'll need#
- You must be able to operate field equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- We look for candidates who are ambitious, organized, and detail oriented.
- An agriculture background is preferred.
- Students or graduates of an Agriculture Degree or Diploma program are considered an asset.

- Location: Richardson, Saskatchewan.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, part-time position.
