About the role#
Richardson Pioneer is looking for Agribusiness Students to join our teams across Manitoba for the Summer 2027 season. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will support the daily operations of our Ag Business Centres. You will work directly with our staff to help provide services to our farm customers.
What you'll do#
- Assist with crop input retail activities.
- Scout fields to identify weeds, disease, and insects.
- Perform soil and tissue testing.
- Help with the purchase, storage, and shipping of grain.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide customer service to farmers.
What you'll need#
- A strong interest and knowledge of agriculture.
- Current enrollment in or graduation from an agriculture degree or diploma program, specifically in Agronomy, Plant Science, or Soil Science.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to your work.
- An agriculture background is helpful but not required.

- Locations: Shoal Lake, Landmark, Brunkild, Minnedosa, Westbourne, Killarney, Brandon, and Dauphin, Manitoba.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
