About the role#
We are looking for a Mill Intern to join our team at the durum milling and pasta production facility in Carrington, North Dakota. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside our production team. You will receive on-the-job training across all areas of our milling operations.
What you'll do#
- Shadow a Lead Mill Operator to learn daily facility functions.
- Assist with mill operations and semolina or flour transfer tasks.
- Participate in job safety analysis and sifter maintenance.
- Gain exposure to the full production cycle, including mill processing, pasta production, and packaging.
What you'll need#
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, twist, and bend as required by the role.
- Capacity to work in environments with high heat and humidity.
- Preferred areas of study include Milling Science or Process Technology.
