About the role#
Resonetics is hiring a Quality Engineering Intern to join our team in San Diego. This is a paid, full-time, on-site role. You will work on specific projects under the guidance of a Quality Engineer. Projects range from small individual tasks to supporting larger engineering initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Manage project-based assignments focused on quality engineering.
- Design and improve manufacturing fixtures.
- Create and update procedures, setup sheets, and work instructions.
- Map out production processes and line layouts.
- Participate in 5S and Lean Kaizen events.
- Run validation protocols.
- Present reports on your assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering program.
- Preference for students in their 2nd or 3rd year of study.
- Training in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
- Education or experience with SolidWorks.

- This position is based in San Diego, California.
- It is an on-site, full-time role with a rolling term.
