About the role#
Resonetics is hiring an Engineering Co-op for the Winter 2027 term at our Hutchinson, Minnesota facility. You will work on entry-level engineering tasks and projects while partnering with a mentor. This is a full-time, paid, on-site position.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain a database for raw material inventory.
- Implement improvements to the floor layout.
- Execute laser job tasks to complete customer orders.
- Set up equipment, produce parts, and perform maintenance on laser workstations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BS or MS program for Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Biomedical Engineering.
- Familiarity with problem-solving methods like Cause & effect analysis and 5 Why's.
- Strong writing skills for preparing reports and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to manage deadlines and navigate ambiguous situations to reach alignment with stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
