About the role#
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering Co-op supports the transfer of customer programs from development into production. You will work with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure new products and processes launch safely and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do#
- Support project planning and track cross-functional action items for product launches.
- Assist with prototype, pilot, and production builds, including documenting results and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, process flows, bills of material, and training materials.
- Participate in design-for-manufacturability reviews to find ways to improve quality, cost, yield, and cycle time.
- Support risk assessments and process validation as products move toward commercial production.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve launch-related issues.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Biomedical, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Interest in medical-device manufacturing, project execution, and product commercialization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across functions.

- Compensation: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid.
