    About the role#

    Resonetics is looking for an Engineering Co-Op for the Winter 2027 term in Hutchinson, Minnesota. You will work on-site to perform entry-level engineering tasks and complete assigned projects. You will work both independently and with a mentor to support our manufacturing operations.

    What you'll do#

    • Complete project and process development tasks.
    • Use standard metrology practices to measure products.
    • Compile and analyze data using statistical techniques.
    • Design, procure, and fabricate simple tooling and fixtures.
    • Support the execution of process and equipment validations, including IQ, OQ, PQ, MVP, and TMV.
    • Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation in accordance with our quality management system.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in a BS or MS program in Mechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering.
    • Familiarity with formal problem-solving techniques.
    • Writing skills for reports and manufacturing procedures.
    • Experience with statistical analysis, such as process capability, regression, or ANOVA.
    • Familiarity with SolidWorks for designing tooling and fixtures.
    • Ability to work in both manufacturing and office environments.

    • Status: Full-time, paid.
