About the role#
The Operations & Business Systems Co-op supports the Business Systems team in Nashua. You will work on smaller projects and help with tasks related to larger initiatives. This role focuses on the execution and continuous improvement of operational processes and ERP-supported business systems. You will work under the guidance of a Business Systems Analyst.
What you'll do#
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across the company.
- Create and update documentation for operational processes and procedures.
- Improve ERP master data by gathering and maintaining information for part records.
- Assist with operational and continuous improvement efforts, such as warehouse process changes.
- Support Business Systems Analysts with project tasks, process analysis, and system testing.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in manufacturing operations and process improvement.
- Interest in using enterprise systems to support business functions.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role based in Nashua, New Hampshire.
- The position is full-time and paid at a rate of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.
