About the role#
This two-year leadership development pathway at Cuyahoga Valley Church helps emerging leaders prepare for ministry. The program begins with a one-year internship focused on discovery and growth. Interns who show exceptional progress may be invited to continue into a second-year residency. This position is full-time and paid, though it is a support-based role.
What you'll do#
- Serve across various departments including Kids, Youth, Young Adults, Groups, Counseling, and Worship.
- Build spiritual disciplines and grow as a leader.
- Complete tuition-free theological training through Emmaus Seminary.
- Deepen your focus by embedding within one primary ministry area during the second year.
- Take on increased leadership responsibilities and receive advanced coaching in your second year.
What you'll need#
- A commitment to Jesus and a desire to grow.
- A willingness to dedicate one or two years to discern your calling.
- Eligibility for employment in the United States.
