About the role#
The Fairhaven 2-Year Fellowship is an intensive program for individuals pursuing pastoral ministry, church planting, or missions. This full-time position requires a 28-hour weekly commitment to hands-on ministry. You will work alongside experienced mentors while pursuing a master’s degree and completing ordination requirements with the Christian and Missionary Alliance. This is a support-based role with an annual support target of $36,000 to $45,000.
