About the role#
This year-round internship provides hands-on experience within the Customer Care and Support department. You will work on technology projects, engage with various levels of the organization, and contribute to core business operations. The role is designed to integrate with your academic schedule, offering flexible hours throughout the year.
What you'll do#
- Provide front line support for technology projects by answering questions and responding to complaints.
- Perform basic Salesforce administration and assist with quality assurance testing.
- Create and update knowledge management documents to support process improvements.
- Develop and execute project action plans.
- Provide operational support to department team members.
- Build a network of professional contacts across the company.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least one year of undergraduate college credits.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A willingness to ask questions, learn, and think critically.
- Ability to evaluate options and make decisions.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Omaha, Nebraska.
- Work schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week during the academic year, with up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
- Modality: Hybrid and on-site options available.
- Compensation: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
