About the role#
The City Church Residency is a two-year program designed to equip individuals for vocational ministry. Residents work with ministry leaders to gain hands-on experience while focusing on theological, professional, and personal growth. This is a full-time, support-based position.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside ministry leaders to support the goals of the student ministry.
- Use your specific gifts and abilities to serve the church.
- Assist with the leadership, administration, and execution of ministry initiatives.
- Participate in ongoing theological and professional development.
