About the role#
The Twelfth Ave Institute Internship is a church-based apprenticeship program. It aims to develop individuals who want to make a Kingdom impact regardless of their future career path. The program focuses on spiritual formation, biblical worldview, and ministry skills to help participants grow in the image of Jesus for the sake of others.
What you'll do#
Interns work an average of 20 hours per week. You will participate in the following activities:
- Attend monthly Twelfth Staff meetings
- Join weekly Youth staff meetings
- Complete one hour of skill training each week
- Engage in two hours of Theological Development weekly
- Participate in staff trainings for 2-3 hours per week
