About the role#
This is a two-year leadership development pathway at Cuyahoga Valley Church. The program aims to equip emerging leaders for gospel-centered ministry. You will participate in theological training through Emmaus Seminary while gaining hands-on experience in a church environment.
What you'll do#
During the first year, you will serve across multiple departments to gain ministry experience. This includes areas like kids, youth, young adults, groups, counseling, and worship. You will work on developing spiritual disciplines and growing as a leader while discerning your future path.
In the second year, you will embed within one primary area of ministry. You will take on greater leadership responsibilities and receive advanced coaching to prepare for long-term ministry roles.
