About the role#
This internship provides hands-on ministry experience, theological training, and mentorship. You will develop as a leader while exploring your personal calling within the church.
What you'll do#
- Participate in weekly team and staff meetings.
- Meet regularly with your assigned ministry director.
- Perform hands-on ministry work throughout the week.
- Assist with Sunday services.
- Complete reading assignments and participate in table discussions.
- Maintain a journal to capture questions and self-reflections.
- Meet with a member of the pastoral team twice during the summer.
- Check in weekly with the intern director.

- Support for the mission, vision, and values of Frontline Church.
