About the role#
The Emerging Talent Program (ETP) Corporate Banking Group offers a 10-week summer internship within the Commercial Credit Products track. This role provides hands-on experience through training, coaching, and collaboration with senior managers on live projects. You will work in a team environment and participate in a technical curriculum designed to build your skills in banking.
What you'll do#
- Compile market data and perform research on specific industries and companies.
- Provide fundamental credit analysis, including financial statement review.
- Conduct financial and industry due diligence to evaluate risk and return parameters.
- Develop client pitch materials, internal deal screening memos, and underwriting committee approval memos.
- Support senior Relationship Managers with call planning coordination and pipeline management.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Regions does not provide sponsorship for this position.
