About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers hands-on experience within our Supply organization. You will work on-site in Evansville, Indiana, supporting the operations behind Enfamil. You will take ownership of projects from your first day, working with teams in manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and supply planning. This role is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Support the operations behind Enfamil.
- Manage meaningful individual projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support product initiatives and solve real-time supply challenges.
- Participate in formal mentorship, functional skills training, and end-of-summer presentations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an engineering discipline (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Aerospace).
- A graduation date no later than May 2028.
- Ability to work on-site for 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently to identify improvements.
