About the role#
This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within the Reckitt supply organization. You will work on projects that support the operations behind brands such as Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, and Neuriva. The program focuses on learning through direct involvement, with mentorship from experienced leaders to help you build business acumen.
What you'll do#
- Support operations in Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain.
- Take ownership of individual projects from the start.
- Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support product launches and solve real-time supply challenges.
- Participate in formal mentorship and a buddy system.
- Engage in functional skills training.
- Deliver end-of-summer presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an academic program with a graduation date no later than May 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
- Ability to work in person for 40 hours a week.
- Strong academic background.
- A curious, ambitious, and action-oriented mindset.
- Pragmatic problem-solving skills and a passion for marketing.

- Location: Nutley, New Jersey.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2nd to August 12th).
- Modality: Full-time, on-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
