About the role#
As an Engineering Intern at Reckitt, you will work directly with our factory team. You will support our factory employees, help develop their skills, and ensure our supply operations run smoothly. This role is a chance to influence our manufacturing processes and contribute to our ongoing drive for excellence.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- You have knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- You are solution-oriented when facing complex challenges and focus on process improvement.
- You possess business acumen and expertise in supply chain management and production optimization.
- Experience in manufacturing, including 5S, TPM, and root cause analysis, is preferred.
- Prior leadership experience is a plus.
