About the role#
As a Finance Intern, you will support the accounts payable team in Nutley, New Jersey. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on projects that help improve cash flow, manage costs, and strengthen business controls.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical support for the accounts payable team.
- Manage and set up new vendors.
- Process, verify, and reconcile invoices.
- Complete payments and control expenses.
- Provide account analysis and reporting for the team.
- Manage your own projects and share your ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Finance, Accounting, or Economics program.
- An understanding of accounting or financial analysis principles.
- Experience using finance reporting systems.
- A curious, analytical mindset with close attention to detail.
- Tenacity and a willingness to investigate and resolve queries.
