About the role#
RDO Equipment Co. is hiring a High School Service Intern in Billings, Montana. This is a paid, rolling internship for students interested in Mechanical Engineering. You will work on-site to gain hands-on experience with heavy construction machinery and learn how a dealership operates.
What you'll do#
- Assist technicians with equipment repair and maintenance.
- Support the parts department and showroom operations.
- Perform facility, yard, and equipment upkeep.
- Participate in training, team meetings, and real-world work experiences.
What you'll need#
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
