About the role#
This is a part-time internship role within the Wealth Management division at RBC. You will support the team with administrative tasks and office operations.
What you'll do#
- Answer the telephone, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Manage the vacation and master schedule for staff members.
- Maintain organizational policy and procedure manuals.
- Type and distribute memos, meeting minutes, and presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program or related field.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including email and spreadsheet software.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with calendar management and general office administration.
